Your core responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive daily support to end-users, addressing all hardware and software-related inquiries. You'll serve as the escalation point for intricate desktop and laptop problems, delivering both remote and on-site technical assistance.

Key duties include managing OS deployments, software installations, and patch management. You will also maintain Active Directory, oversee asset management, and lead desktop upgrade projects. Developing SOPs, evaluating new tools, and ensuring security compliance for endpoints are also crucial aspects of this role.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of enterprise desktop support experience, is required. You must possess strong expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, common enterprise applications like Microsoft 365, and proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy.

Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM or Intune, along with experience in patch management (InTune & Qualys), is essential. A solid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills are also necessary for success in this position.
