Join us as a Power Platform Administrator & Governance Lead, responsible for overseeing and governing the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This pivotal role ensures the secure, compliant, and effective adoption of Power Platform solutions, focusing on robust administration, security protocols, and the strategic management of the Center of Excellence (CoE).

Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the platform's future, driving best practices, and maintaining a healthy and scalable environment for our organization's digital initiatives.

Take charge of managing Power Platform environments, including Dev, UAT, and Prod, alongside tenant settings. Implement and uphold Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, governance standards, and comprehensive security controls.

Administer core Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and connectors. Configure and maintain the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit, while continuously monitoring platform health, capacity, licensing, and usage.

Oversee access controls, security groups, and service accounts. Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution deployments, and Power Platform Pipelines. Generate essential governance, compliance, and adoption reports, collaborating with business and IT teams to promote platform best practices.

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated Power Platform Administration experience is required. Demonstrated strong knowledge across key areas including the Power Platform Admin Center, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, DLP Policies, Power Platform CoE, and Environment & Security Management.

Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and established governance frameworks is essential. A solid understanding of ALM, managed solutions, and deployment pipelines is also necessary for success in this role.
