Join our team as a Technical Specialist focused on App Development, contributing to critical areas like reliability engineering with a specialization in New Relic.

This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our software systems. You'll be at the forefront of proactive monitoring, automation, and deep-dive analysis to maintain high levels of system reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities include building advanced monitoring systems that alert on symptoms, not just outages, and implementing Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like New Relic or Dynatrace. You will analyze logs using Splunk for troubleshooting, create insightful dashboards, and configure effective alerts and reports. Establishing and tracking reliability metrics such as SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets is crucial. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with development and support teams, participate in capacity planning, and handle debugging and incident response. Automation using Python and Bash, along with AIOps familiarization, is expected. You will also mentor L1/L2 support teams and manage infrastructure using tools like Chef, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Kubernetes.

A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for tackling challenges are essential. Proficiency in observability practices, including distributed tracing, logging, and metrics collection, is required. Hands-on experience in automation with Python and Bash is necessary. Familiarity with GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks for AIOps implementation is a plus. Experience running and managing infrastructure with tools like Chef, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Kubernetes is vital. Strong documentation skills are needed to prevent redundancy.
