Provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for generative AI models deployed on Azure AI services and AWS Bedrock.

Monitor AI model performance to guarantee high availability and reliability. Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI services with Spring Boot microservices.

Utilize Splunk and New Relic for system health monitoring and issue diagnosis. Support the deployment, scaling, and maintenance of AI models across Azure and AWS cloud environments.

Document support procedures, incident reports, and system configurations. Continuously update knowledge on AI, cloud services, and monitoring tools.

Essential qualifications include strong experience with Generative AI models, such as large language models, diffusion models, and transformer architectures. A solid background in working with Azure AI services, including deployment and monitoring, is vital.

Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for managing and deploying foundation models in production is required. Proficiency in programming and software development (PL3), AI and ML (PL2), and Larger Language Models (PL2) is mandatory.

Mandatory skills also encompass Open AI (PL2) and Bedrock (PL2). Behavioral competencies such as Think Holistically (PL2) and Win the Customer (PL2) are also key to success in this role.
