We are seeking a Technical Specialist focused on App Development to join our team. This role involves hands-on experience with enterprise-level J2EE based web application development and support.

A strong understanding of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) concepts and architecture is essential. Familiarity with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and Avaya PBX / Avaya Experience Platform environments is preferred.

Exposure to CTI integrations, including Cisco CTI Server, Noble Dialer systems, and Verint / NICE recording solutions, would be beneficial. A thorough understanding of IVR ecosystems, encompassing call routing, dialer systems, and voice workflows, is also crucial.

Engage in hands-on enterprise-level J2EE based web application development and provide essential support.

Develop and maintain applications using React JS, Spring / Spring Boot, and Cloud technologies.

Leverage your expertise in CTI and IVR systems to integrate and optimize telephony solutions.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within web applications and telephony integrations.

Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of production monitoring experience within Java Web/Enterprise projects.

Demonstrate solid experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies and Java EE, Maven.

Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills related to the JavaScript object model and a deep understanding of React.js principles.

Familiarity with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux is required. Experience with Spring and other Java frameworks / open-source libraries is also necessary.

Experience on a Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment is a plus.
