We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our application development team. This role involves the full lifecycle of application development, from design and coding to testing, release, and ongoing support. You will be instrumental in producing high-quality, functional application code that adheres to industry best practices. Collaboration and problem-solving are key, as you will gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure applications meet rigorous quality standards.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and releasing applications. You will write clean, efficient code and develop comprehensive unit and API tests to support CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance will be essential. You will also collaborate with the Product Development team in an agile environment and conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and ensure application quality.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience. We are looking for 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer, including 4 years with Spring/Springboot and ORM, and 2 years with middleware/service orchestration. Proficiency in performance optimization, testing tools, and common industry patterns is necessary. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for success in this role.
