Seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to drive app development initiatives. This role involves hands-on development and support for enterprise-level J2EE web applications, leveraging modern technologies like React JS, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a proven ability to manage production environments and provide leadership.

Experience with offshore production monitoring management and a ticket-based workflow are essential. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are key to success in this position.

Develop and support enterprise-level J2EE based web applications. Utilize React JS, Spring / Spring Boot, and cloud technologies in daily tasks. Manage and operate within the Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment. Perform in-depth troubleshooting and debugging to resolve application issues. Handle production monitoring, error analysis, and client correspondence in a B2B context. Lead team efforts and provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers. Oversee offshore production monitoring and implement management models. Take ownership of issues from identification through resolution, coordinating with other teams as necessary. Maintain effective client communication to set expectations. Work within Kanban and ticket-based management systems.

Minimum of 8 years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects. Proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot and cloud technologies. Solid experience with Java EE and Maven. Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with the JavaScript object model. In-depth understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with popular React.js workflows, including Flux or Redux. Familiarity with Spring and other Java frameworks/open-source libraries. Knowledge of Spring Security and SSO solutions. Experience with SOA and Web Services (REST/SOAP). Expertise in database applications like Oracle, MySQL, and ORM tools. Ability to provide sizing and scalability recommendations, and resolve connectivity and deployment issues. Proven experience using Kanban methodology and production support ticket-based models. Good presentation and excellent communication skills.
