Seeking a seasoned Technical Specialist for App Development to drive enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support. This role involves hands-on experience with modern frameworks and cloud environments, ensuring robust backend integrations and seamless deployment.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of design patterns and a proven ability to manage development lifecycles within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Collaboration with clients, architects, and frontend teams is key to defining integration strategies and realizing complex technical solutions.

Engage in hands-on enterprise J2EE web application development and ongoing support.

Integrate various backend systems, working closely with clients, architects, and frontend developers to define integration points and implementation details.

Leverage experience in Spring/Spring Boot and cloud technologies, including hands-on work within Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environments.

Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) processes.

A minimum of 8 years of development experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is required.

Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot, Cloud technologies, and Java EE is essential. Experience with application servers like Tomcat, JBoss, or Weblogic is necessary.

Familiarity with design patterns, CI/CD processes, and web services (REST/SOAP) is critical. Experience with database applications (Oracle, MySQL, DB2) and SQL is expected.

Demonstrated experience in managing development within an Agile framework and experience with onshore/offshore development models are highly valued. Excellent communication skills are a must.
