Seeking a skilled Technical Specialist focused on App Development to join our enterprise team. This role involves hands-on development and support of J2EE-based web applications, leveraging modern technologies like React JS and Spring Boot, with experience in cloud environments such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).

Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the stability and performance of production systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage issues from inception to resolution.

Develop and maintain reusable React.js components, MFE modules, REST APIs, and microservices adhering to scalable architecture and coding standards. Provide hands-on technical leadership for bug fixing, enhancements, and production support across both modern and legacy systems. Analyze legacy code, troubleshoot complex defects, conduct root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement reliable fixes. Collaborate with QA, Product, DevOps, Architects, and business teams to resolve defects and deliver enhancements.

Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and unit/integration testing. Support application modernization efforts by refactoring legacy components and migrating functionality. Troubleshoot production incidents, integration/API issues, and performance problems. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Maintain technical documentation, RCA reports, and application support runbooks.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in production monitoring for Java Web/Enterprise projects is essential. Proficiency is required in Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies, Java EE, and Maven. Strong troubleshooting skills for JavaScript, a solid understanding of React.js and its core principles, and experience with popular React.js workflows like Flux or Redux are crucial.

Experience with Spring and other Java frameworks, Spring Security and SSO solutions, SOA, and Web Services (REST/SOAP) is necessary. Familiarity with database applications (Oracle, MySql) and ORM tools, providing sizing and scalability recommendations, and solving connectivity/deployment issues are expected. Experience with Kanban and ticket-based models is also required.
