Engage with a global team to provide continuous 24-hour customer support.

Take ownership of customer issues, employing effective diagnosis and resolution strategies or implementing investigation tools to optimize customer success on Google Cloud Platform products.

Serve as a key consultant and subject matter expert for Engineering, Sales, and customer organizations, tackling technical deployment challenges and enhancing Google Cloud.

Deepen your expertise in Google's product technology and underlying architectures through hands-on troubleshooting, issue reproduction, root cause analysis, and the development of diagnostic tools.

Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive product enhancements and partner with Site Reliability Engineering teams to ensure high-quality production environments. Champion customer needs by effectively communicating issues to cross-functional teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs, alongside triaging technical issues across hardware, software, applications, and operations.

Demonstrate 5 years of experience with computer networking and web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, and DNS.

Proficiency in at least one core programming or scripting language like C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, or Bash/Shell.

Experience with Linux/Unix or other operating systems is essential.
