Join NTT DATA as a Senior Specialist in Technical Solutions Architecture, focusing on OKTA Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). This role provides L4/L3 managed services support for our enterprise OKTA IGA platform. Key responsibilities include managing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes, troubleshooting provisioning issues, and maintaining identity synchronization within the OKTA IGA platform. You will also provide L4/L3 operational support, handle incidents and service requests, and conduct root cause analysis for major issues.

Further duties involve enabling access certification campaigns, supporting audits with relevant reports, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will also administer existing applications, policies, and integrations, perform health checks, and recommend platform improvements. Coordination with vendors and stakeholders to resolve identity management issues is also a crucial part of this role.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in OKTA Identity Governance and Workforce Identity Cloud, along with expertise in user lifecycle management and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows. A solid understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, SSO, MFA, and Access Governance, is essential.

Familiarity with directory services like Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP is required. Experience with REST APIs, SCIM connectors, and application integrations, as well as proficiency in incident, problem, and change management processes, are necessary. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also highly valued.
