You will be responsible for the comprehensive administration and support of enterprise Key Management Systems (KMS) and cryptographic infrastructure.

Key duties include: - Managing the entire cryptographic key lifecycle: generation, activation, rotation, expiry, archival, recovery, and destruction. - Configuring and managing keys, policies, users, roles, permissions, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within KMS platforms. - Integrating KMS with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), applications, databases, cloud services, and encryption platforms. - Supporting KMIP-based integrations and troubleshooting client registration/connectivity issues. - Performing health checks, monitoring, capacity assessments, and operational maintenance for KMS. - Troubleshooting encryption, decryption, key-access, certificate, and KMS connectivity problems. - Assisting with KMS/HSM upgrades, patching, backup/restore, and disaster recovery activities. - Maintaining security controls in alignment with enterprise security and compliance mandates. - Supporting cryptographic key rotation and remediation of expired or non-compliant keys. - Reviewing access permissions to ensure least privilege and segregation of duties. - Investigating incidents and service requests using ServiceNow/JIRA, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. - Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational documentation. - Coordinating with application, cloud, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams for integrations and issue resolution. - Participating in 24x7 support rotations and providing L2/L3 technical support.

To excel in this role, you should possess 5–8 years of experience in KMS, Key Management, or Cryptographic Infrastructure.

A strong understanding of cryptography concepts is essential, including symmetric/asymmetric encryption, hashing, digital signatures, and key management principles.

We require hands-on experience with at least one enterprise KMS platform such as Thales CipherTrust Manager, IBM Security Key Lifecycle Manager (SKLM), Entrust KeyControl, Keyfactor, or other similar solutions.

Experience with HSM technologies, particularly Thales Luna HSM or equivalent, is highly valued. A solid grasp of key lifecycle management, KMIP, and KMS client integration is also necessary.

Knowledge of RBAC, access policies, authentication, and authorization mechanisms is required. Proven experience in troubleshooting KMS, HSM, and encryption-related issues is crucial.

A good understanding of TLS/SSL, certificates, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) fundamentals is expected. Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA and ITIL-based incident/change processes is beneficial.

Excellent documentation and communication skills are vital for this position. The role may require participation in 24x7 support and rotational shifts.
