This senior specialist will be instrumental in delivering L3 support and complex troubleshooting for Imprivata EAM/OneSign incidents. Responsibilities include resolving intricate authentication, SSO, agent, and application access issues, conducting root cause analysis for high-impact incidents, and supporting critical P1/P2 incidents. You will administer Imprivata platforms, manage user and system configurations, monitor platform health, and ensure seamless SSO integration across various application types (web, Windows, legacy, SAML).

Further duties involve configuring and troubleshooting authentication policies, supporting diverse Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods, and resolving issues on shared workstations and VDI environments. You will also manage Imprivata upgrades and patching activities, develop implementation plans, and coordinate changes across multiple technical teams. The role requires owning complex incidents through resolution, performing detailed RCA, and creating comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles, alongside conducting knowledge transfer sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Imprivata EAM/OneSign administration and L3 support. A strong understanding of authentication mechanisms, including password, proximity, smart card, biometrics, OTP, Imprivata ID, and security keys, is essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting SSO for web, Windows/client-server, legacy, and SAML applications is required.

Experience with VDI environments and supporting shared workstations is crucial. The ability to perform complex log analysis using Windows Event Viewer and application logs, coupled with strong incident and problem management skills, is necessary. You should be adept at creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks. This role involves collaborating with L1/L2 teams and application owners to ensure effective issue resolution and service delivery.
