NTT DATA seeks a skilled Technical Solutions Architect Senior Analyst to join our Noida team. This role focuses on managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, ensuring the secure and efficient handling of digital certificates.

This position involves comprehensive day-to-day PKI operations, including certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation. You will manage SSL/TLS certificates across various applications and infrastructure components, actively monitoring expiry dates to prevent service disruptions.

Key duties include troubleshooting complex certificate-related issues, supporting certificate requests, and maintaining accurate inventory. You will also assist with CA administration, ensure adherence to operational documentation, SOPs, and compliance requirements, and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Ideal candidates will possess experience with PKI platforms such as Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and enterprise certificate management tools. A strong understanding of certificate lifecycle management, troubleshooting SSL/TLS connectivity, and maintaining operational documentation is essential.
