We are seeking a skilled OKTA Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Support Engineer for our team in Noida, India. This role focuses on providing L4/L3 managed services support for the enterprise OKTA IGA platform, ensuring seamless user lifecycle management, efficient troubleshooting, and robust security.

As a Specialist Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability, security, and compliance of our Identity Governance and Administration environment. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to manage access effectively and protect critical systems.

Manage and support the complete user lifecycle, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes using OKTA Identity Governance. Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning/deprovisioning issues across integrated applications. Monitor identity synchronization, connectors, and workflows. Provide L4/L3 operational support, handling incidents, service requests, and change requests. Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents.

Enable and support access certification campaigns, provide audit support, and ensure compliance with security policies. Maintain OKTA platform components, perform health checks, and recommend improvements. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and develop operational documentation.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in OKTA Identity Governance (IGA) and Workforce Identity Cloud. Proficiency in user lifecycle management (JML), provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, and access certifications is essential. A solid understanding of IAM concepts like RBAC, SSO, MFA, and user provisioning is required.

Experience with directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP is necessary. Familiarity with REST APIs, SCIM connectors, and application integrations is expected. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are vital. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with OKTA certifications and ITIL knowledge being a plus.
