This pivotal role focuses on shaping enterprise identity and access management (IAM) strategy, designing robust solutions, and providing technical leadership across Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), cloud identity, and certificate services.

- Define and implement the enterprise IAM strategy, roadmap, and standards for IGA, PAM, Access Management, and PKI. - Lead the design and integration of SailPoint for IGA and CyberArk for PAM solutions. - Architect Entra ID (Azure AD) identity flows, conditional access policies, and hybrid identity patterns. - Develop and own the PKI and certificate lifecycle management strategy, including automation. - Drive automation using SCIM, SAML, OIDC, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. - Ensure audit readiness, manage access review programs, and translate regulatory requirements into technical controls. - Provide architectural leadership, mentorship to engineering teams, and review technical designs.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IAM architecture, engineering, or senior technical delivery. - Demonstrated hands-on expertise with SailPoint and CyberArk implementation projects. - In-depth knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD, identity federation, conditional access, and hybrid identity models. - Solid understanding of PKI design principles and certificate lifecycle automation. - Proficiency with identity protocols (SCIM, SAML, OAuth/OIDC) and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Terraform). - Familiarity with ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow), CI/CD integration, and delivering audit evidence is preferred.
