Join NTT DATA as a Specialist Advisor, focusing on BeyondTrust PAM. This role is crucial for managing and administering our Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment, ensuring secure and efficient handling of privileged accounts.

You will be instrumental in maintaining PAM operations, onboarding critical accounts, refining access policies, and resolving platform issues. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in BeyondTrust PAM, privileged account lifecycle management, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold robust security standards.

Key responsibilities include administering the BeyondTrust Password Safe platform, onboarding privileged accounts and target systems, and defining access structures. You will configure PAM policies, manage user access, perform daily health checks, and monitor platform performance.

Manage privileged account lifecycles, including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning. Handle incident, request, change, and problem management activities, troubleshooting operational issues and responding to platform alerts. Coordinate effectively with infrastructure, Active Directory, and security teams for swift issue resolution.

Engage with BeyondTrust support for product-related queries, manage technical support tickets, and liaise with stakeholders. Generate reports, support audits, and ensure strict adherence to security policies and industry best practices. Maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and process documentation, driving process improvements.

Contribute to project activities such as new server onboarding, exploring new privileged account types, PAM platform enhancements, and security integration initiatives.

We are seeking professionals with hands-on experience in BeyondTrust Password Safe administration and a strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts. Proficiency in privileged account lifecycle management and Active Directory integration is essential.

Familiarity with password rotation, verification, and reconciliation processes is required. Experience in incident, change, request, and problem management is crucial, alongside knowledge of SIEM and security monitoring integrations. Basic understanding of Windows and Linux server administration is also necessary.

An understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, audit support, and cybersecurity frameworks is beneficial. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security is required. Prior PAM administration experience is essential, with BeyondTrust PAM/Password Safe experience being highly preferred. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
