We are looking for expertise in Microsoft Power Platform development, SharePoint customization, workflow automation, and integration within a dynamic managed services environment. Bring your skills to enhance client operations and drive productivity.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing custom business applications with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), building automated workflows via Power Automate, and configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists, and libraries. You will also create custom forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions, while implementing reusable components.

Responsibilities extend to SharePoint administration and customization, including SPFx development and modern page configurations. Integration tasks involve connecting Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Azure services, and third-party applications, alongside developing custom connectors and APIs.

Provide L2/L3 support for production applications and SharePoint environments, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis. You will also participate in ITIL processes and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Further responsibilities include implementing governance standards for Power Platform and SharePoint, ensuring security and privacy compliance, and supporting application lifecycle management. Stakeholder engagement involves gathering requirements, conducting demonstrations, preparing documentation, and potentially supporting pre-sales activities.

Required technical skills encompass strong experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams integrations.

Experience with SPFx Development, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, REST APIs, Graph API, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and SQL Server is essential.

Knowledge of SharePoint Migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix), Power Platform Administration, Environment Strategy and Governance, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) is also required.

This role requires 4+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and Power Platform development, with a proven track record in enterprise collaboration and workflow automation solutions. Experience in Managed Services, Cloud Services, or Application Support environments is crucial.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a customer-focused mindset are vital. The ability to work independently and within global teams, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, is expected. While not strictly required, preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), M365 Certified (Teams/SharePoint), and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
