As a Technical Solutions Architect Specialist Advisor, you will serve as the highest level of technical escalation for Imprivata-related incidents. Your responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting of authentication, SSO, and application integration issues, alongside in-depth log analysis and root-cause analysis to implement permanent fixes.

You will also manage and engineer enterprise Imprivata environments, focusing on platform resilience and business continuity. This involves designing, configuring, and troubleshooting SSO integrations across various application types and supporting diverse authentication methods, including MFA and passwordless solutions. Expert support for VDI environments like Citrix and VMware Horizon is also a key aspect of this role.

This role requires a deep understanding of Imprivata platform engineering, including administration of enterprise environments and management of appliances and configurations. Experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting SSO integrations for web, client-server, and SAML applications is essential.

Proficiency in supporting various authentication mechanisms, including smart cards, biometrics, and MFA, is crucial. You should be adept at providing expert support for Imprivata deployments within VDI solutions like Citrix and VMware Horizon. Leading platform upgrades, patching activities, and developing detailed technical architecture and design documents are also key requirements. Strong problem management skills and vendor management experience, particularly with Imprivata Support, are necessary.
