Develop and implement long-term operational roadmaps, performance targets, and design standards for facility teams and technical consultants involved in critical infrastructure.

Direct utility agreements, solar interconnects, and vendor partnerships, employing innovative structures, performance metrics, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate with regional teams to provide scalable infrastructure support for research labs, data centers, EV charging, and office portfolios.

Enhance system resilience, ensure 100% business uptime, and implement smart building analytics, adhering to industry-leading LEED benchmarks and occupant wellness goals.

Utilize AI-powered maintenance intelligence for critical electrical assets to maximize lifecycles, capture utility incentives, and maintain budget efficiency.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Requires 15 years of experience in managing critical facilities or technical infrastructure operations, including significant budget management and team leadership.

Demonstrated experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) controls and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems is essential.

Experience in commissioning HVAC and mechanical distribution systems, including air and water side components, is necessary.

Proficiency in procurement and negotiation with vendors, coupled with experience in managed service delivery, is a key requirement.
