As a Senior Lead Technical Scrum Master, you will lead 1-2 Scrum teams, guiding them in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. Your role involves reviewing application architecture, technical designs, and implementation strategies, alongside conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.

You will be instrumental in troubleshooting complex production issues and mentoring developers to foster technical excellence. This includes collaborating with architects, product owners, and leadership on technology roadmaps. You will also facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, track sprint progress, manage team velocity and capacity, and actively identify and remove impediments to team productivity. Coaching teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices, and ensuring well-defined, prioritized backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners, are key aspects of this position.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 10 years of hands-on development and architecture support experience, proficient in C#, .NET, Web APIs, and Angular. Expertise in .NET Application Security (OAuth2, JWT, ASP.NET Identity, OWASP), Angular 14+, Angular Components & Design Patterns, ASP.NET Web API (REST APIs), Microservices Architecture, Data Access, and ActiveMQ is mandatory.

Key responsibilities include acting as a Scrum Master, designing robust applications, conducting code and architecture reviews, and guiding teams in resolving complex production issues. The ideal candidate will mentor developers, drive technical excellence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong facilitation skills for Scrum ceremonies and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies are essential.
