This role also demands driving continuous improvement in delivery processes for enhanced predictability and efficiency.

This role requires 6-9 years of experience in project or delivery management, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Essential skills include expertise in project planning, roadmap development, delivery management, risk and dependency management, and data-driven process improvement. Strong stakeholder communication, performance monitoring (KPI Management), change leadership, and a deep understanding of iterative delivery frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) are essential.
