Take complete ownership of the overall software services delivery for multiple projects and service offerings within our commercial banking client account. Ensure the account achieves its objectives related to delivery quality and predictability, as well as customer and people engagement. Develop and implement a robust engineering and delivery governance framework for the account, collaborating with delivery excellence teams.

Proactively manage senior stakeholder expectations through clear, timely communication and reporting to both internal IRIS teams and external client/partner organizations. Regularly assess delivery health via periodic reviews, providing proactive support and intervention to project managers and leads. Maintain near-zero defects in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preventing any developer-introduced oversight defects in releases. Ensure adherence to coding checklists by all developers, validating and enforcing standards, Unit Test Cases documents, and proof of unit testing outcomes.

Demonstrate a strong, hands-on proficiency in Java/J2EE/Spring Boot, with a solid understanding of Microservices architecture. Possess expertise in design concepts and apply at least four design patterns in real-world scenarios. Thoroughly understand and apply Core Java (Java 8+) principles. Experience with Java 17 or the latest version is a plus.

Mandatory competencies include strong Delivery Management skills, encompassing Portfolio Management with a focus on Margins and Revenue, and Forecasting. Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management are essential. Familiarity with API middleware is also required. The adoption of Copilot across all Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages will be a key performance indicator.
