As a Technical Project Manager, you will hold comprehensive delivery management responsibilities for all software services engagements with a key commercial banking client. Your role is pivotal in ensuring successful outcomes related to delivery quality, predictability, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.

You will establish and maintain an effective engineering and delivery governance framework, manage senior stakeholder expectations through clear communication and reporting, and proactively support project managers/leads to ensure delivery health. A critical aspect of this role involves ensuring near-zero defects in SIT and UAT, enforcing coding standards, validating unit testing outcomes, and performing evidence-based certifications for developers.

Key responsibilities also include analyzing code review feedback to guide the team, fostering early testing in SIT environments, and adopting technologies like Copilot across the SDLC. You will conduct regular assessments of individual team member performance and develop plans for upskilling and cross-skilling to enhance team capabilities. Thought leadership in delivery, methodology, technology, or business domains is highly valued.

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong hands-on background in Java/J2EE/Spring Boot and Microservices. Essential expertise includes a solid understanding of design concepts and the ability to apply more than four design patterns in real-world scenarios.

Mandatory competencies include strong Delivery Management skills, particularly in Portfolio Management concerning margins, revenue, and forecasting, along with general PM Delivery Management capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
