Responsibilities

Take ownership of end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution tracking for multiple cloud migration workstreams. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards.

Engage daily with Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, QE Leads, and Product Owners to ensure seamless execution. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies across various scope areas.

Prepare weekly executive status reports, governance packs, and steering committee updates. Facilitate critical meetings including sprint planning, backlog reviews, delivery reviews, and cross-team synchronization.

Monitor key engineering health metrics such as delivery velocity, milestone adherence, defect trends, and release readiness. Drive prompt closure of action items across distributed onsite/offshore teams.

Support essential processes like estimation, capacity planning, resource forecasting, and release planning. Champion data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights through insightful dashboards.

Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of project management experience within large enterprise technology programs is essential. A strong grasp of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Scrum, DevOps, and cloud migration programs is required.

Demonstrated working knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud concepts and modern engineering practices is necessary. Experience coordinating diverse engineering teams, including development, testing, infrastructure, and architecture, is crucial.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are vital for success in this role. Strong analytical capabilities, coupled with proven experience in building executive dashboards and reports, are expected.

Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI is mandatory. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar GenAI productivity tools is highly advantageous.
