Key responsibilities include supporting security vulnerability remediation and enhancement requirements for third-party vendor products. This involves close collaboration with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders. You will also assist with product patching, upgrades, and contribute to defining product technical requirements and lifecycle discovery. Documenting application change management, ensuring optimal application performance, and providing product support according to defined models are also crucial. Additionally, you'll aid in developing and executing application test plans, understanding vendor support models, and remediating product risks. Applying ITSM/ITIL standards for service excellence and leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and innovation are integral to this role.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or implementing third-party vendor solutions within a healthcare environment. You should have 5+ years of experience in developing support documentation, knowledge articles, and end-user job aids. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, leaders, and technical teams to resolve product issues is essential. Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and familiarity with ITIL processes are necessary. Candidates must demonstrate a drive for learning innovative technologies, exceptional time management and organizational skills, and a proven collaborative approach. Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are expected.
