This organization encompasses sales teams for Ads, business development professionals, customer service and support functions, and specialized programs designed for coordinated engagement with Google's most critical clients and partners.

Lead the execution roadmap for internal security tools, overseeing timelines, priorities, and engineering resource allocation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Translate technical architectures from the Functional pod into accurate and efficient software builds for the operational pod.

Serve as the key technical point of contact for central teams, managing security reviews, infrastructure dependencies, and compliance checkpoints.

Address engineering challenges, evaluate design choices, and assess risk factors to proactively prevent project impediments.

Spearhead specific program areas, such as data and access governance or remediation and response operations, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the gTech risk landscape.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Demonstrate 2 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on central security infrastructure.

Additionally, 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects is highly valued.

Preferred qualifications include experience with complex enterprise security, identity, or privacy programs, alongside familiarity with Agile methodologies, systems design, and technical risk management. Expertise in areas like generative AI agents, access models, insider threat, risk analysis, risk management compliance, and identity management is advantageous.
