Drive impactful technical programs at Google, shaping products that empower everyone globally. As a Technical Program Manager, you will leverage your technical acumen to guide intricate, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, identify potential risks, meticulously manage project timelines, and ensure seamless communication with cross-functional teams. You'll be adept at presenting your team's findings and recommendations to leadership, as well as discussing technical trade-offs with engineering teams.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is instrumental in supporting Google's diverse product and service ecosystem, fostering success for customers and partners. GBO encompasses the commercial operations for Ads, business development, and customer support, alongside specialized programs for engaging with Google's most significant clients.

Spearhead the execution roadmap for internal security tools, overseeing timelines, prioritization, and resource allocation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Ensure that technical architectures designed by the Functional pod are accurately and efficiently translated into robust software builds by the operational pod.

Serve as the key technical liaison with central teams, managing security reviews, infrastructure dependencies, and compliance launch gates.

Effectively triage engineering challenges, evaluate design trade-offs, and assess risk landscapes to proactively prevent project impediments.

Lead specialized programmatic areas, such as data and access governance or remediation and response operations, guaranteeing comprehensive coverage of the gTech risk environment.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical program management.

Demonstrated experience with central security infrastructure is essential.

Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects for at least 2 years is preferred.

Familiarity with managing complex enterprise security, identity, or privacy programs is advantageous.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, systems design, and technical risk management is beneficial.

Experience in program management, generative AI agents, access models, insider threat, risk analysis, risk management compliance, and identity management is highly valued.
