Own the execution roadmap for internal security tools, overseeing timelines, priorities, and resource allocation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Ensure accurate and efficient translation of technical architectures from the Functional pod into software builds by the operational pod.

Serve as the principal technical liaison with central teams, managing security reviews, infrastructure dependencies, and compliance launch gates.

Address engineering issues, evaluate design trade-offs, and assess risk areas to proactively prevent project delays.

Spearhead specific programmatic domains, such as data and access governance or remediation and response operations, guaranteeing comprehensive coverage of the gTech risk landscape.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 2 years of experience in technical program management and hands-on experience with central security infrastructure.

Demonstrate 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, ideally with a background in complex enterprise security, identity, or privacy programs.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, systems design, and technical risk management is preferred. Experience in program management, generative AI agents, access models, insider threat mitigation, risk analysis, compliance, and identity management is also beneficial.
