Oversee the complete program execution for product launches, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Foster influence across your program team and the broader program to drive collective success. Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and accelerate launch velocity by guiding decisions and organizing work into manageable sub-projects. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management to effectively drive prioritization, strategic planning, and the product roadmap. Manage programs by adeptly navigating complexity across a wide scope and considerable depth.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess at least 5 years of experience in engineering program management. Bring 5 years of experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical domains. Demonstrate 5 years of experience managing the complete product lifecycle, from initial inception through to successful launch, including design, planning, execution, testing, and customer release.
