Oversee the complete program lifecycle for product introductions, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to launch.

Champion and influence across your dedicated program team and the broader program initiative.

Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and acceleration of launch velocity, driving data-informed decisions and structuring work into manageable sub-projects.

Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to define priorities, develop roadmaps, and drive product strategy.

Effectively manage complex programs characterized by significant breadth and depth, navigating intricate dependencies and challenges.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience is essential.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering program management.

Demonstrate 5 years of experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical domains.

Have 5 years of experience managing the entire product life cycle, from initial ideation through design, planning, execution, testing, and customer release.

Experience with Google's infrastructure and management systems, or the VMware ecosystem and tools, is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional programs involving diverse engineering stakeholders is preferred.

Understanding of technical judgment and distributed systems is advantageous.
