As a key collaborator, you'll work alongside Technical Account Managers, Customer Engineers, and Product Managers. You'll navigate customer needs, mitigate supply chain issues, and manage inventory buffers. Your efforts will directly impact resource efficiency, high availability, infrastructure performance, and strategic demand attainment across our global network.

Responsibilities

Apply in-depth knowledge of network fundamentals to identify critical paths and expertly manage complex customer requirements. Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Customer Engineers, and Product Managers to develop tailored solutions.

Take ownership of execution timelines, capturing large agreement needs and managing network lead times effectively.

Develop advanced forecasting models utilizing machine learning and AI to enhance predictive accuracy, automate anomaly detection, and simulate various capacity scenarios.

Address supply shortages, maintain optimal inventory levels, implement policy-based buffers, and meticulously plan for significant peak traffic events.

Contribute to building AI-assisted automation for ordering and resource fulfillment. Design and implement key metrics to track fleet efficiency and demand attainment.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates must possess 5 years of experience in program management and 5 years of experience in designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated experience in creating detailed infrastructure designs, including telecom, electrical, and mechanical systems. Proficiency in developing drawing sets for builds and remodels of data center networking spaces is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience partnering with Data Science teams or directly applying machine learning and AI for scaling forecasting models, automating anomaly detection, and simulating capacity scenarios. Experience in network capacity planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, or supply-demand matching is highly valued. Proficiency in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, and tools like SQL and spreadsheets for synthesizing complex capacity metrics is expected. A strong foundational understanding of network infrastructure concepts, such as network routing, peering, CDN, or capacity placement, is beneficial.
