This role involves blending deep network understanding with advanced AI and machine learning techniques for scaling forecasting, automating anomaly detection, and simulating complex capacity scenarios.

You will collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers, Customer Engineers, and Product Managers. Your work will focus on balancing resource efficiency with high availability, safeguarding infrastructure performance, and driving strategic demand attainment across our global network fleet.

Utilize extensive knowledge of network fundamentals to identify critical paths and adeptly manage complex customer requirements, co-developing bespoke solutions with cross-functional teams.

Take ownership of the execution window, accurately capturing large agreement needs and navigating network lead times effectively.

Develop advanced forecasting models employing machine learning and AI to enhance predictive accuracy, automate anomaly detection, and simulate diverse capacity scenarios.

Proactively mitigate supply shortages, maintain optimal inventory levels, manage policy-based buffers, and meticulously plan for significant peak traffic events.

Contribute to building AI-assisted automation for ordering and resource fulfillment, alongside designing key metrics to monitor fleet efficiency and demand attainment.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in program management.

Candidates should possess 5 years of experience in designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated experience in creating infrastructure designs, including telecom, electrical, and mechanical aspects, along with drawing sets for data center networking space builds and remodels, is essential.
