Job description

NVIDIA, a leader in transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing, is at the forefront of AI innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead complex, cross-functional programs within Storage, Backup & Restore, and Infrastructure Platforms. This role is crucial for owning program strategy, roadmap, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will blend strong program leadership with deep infrastructure expertise to drive the delivery of reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of end-to-end program delivery, encompassing strategy, roadmap, success metrics, governance, and execution. Lead multi-functional efforts across Storage, Backup, Restore, and Platform teams, effectively managing dependencies and interfaces.

Provide expert technical program leadership, thoroughly understanding architecture and trade-offs. Facilitate critical decisions, challenge assumptions, and proactively remove execution blockers. Manage risks and address customer concerns by identifying issues, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring timely resolutions.

Drive alignment among partners by clearly communicating complex technical progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes to both engineering and senior leadership. Establish clear objectives, key results, and program metrics to provide transparent insights into delivery health, dependencies, and overall outcomes. Ensure operational readiness, covering reliability, security, disaster recovery, data protection, migration, capacity planning, and support requirements.

Identify and implement opportunities for automation, simplification, cost optimization, and continuous operational improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.

We are looking for a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure engineering, or similar technical leadership roles.

Candidates must possess a solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including storage, backup/restore systems, disaster recovery, hybrid cloud environments, and infrastructure automation.

Demonstrated experience leading complex programs across multiple engineering teams, managing technical dependencies, and achieving successful outcomes in ambiguous situations is essential. The ability to influence without direct authority, facilitate technical decision-making, and communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and senior leaders is highly valued.

Proficiency with program governance tools and methodologies, such as Jira/Jira Align, Confluence, and Agile principles, is expected.
