Lead and manage technical programs within the quick commerce space, focusing on new initiatives.

Collaborate extensively with senior Software Development Engineers (SDEs), Senior Frontend Engineers (FEEs), and Product Engineers (PEs).

Drive projects across diverse cross-functional teams, establishing efficient processes and coordinating release schedules.

Contribute to defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guide business growth and report to senior leadership.

Possess a minimum of 5 years in technical product or program management.

Accumulate at least 7 years of direct experience working with engineering teams.

Have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience.

Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in technical program management, specifically collaborating with software engineering teams.

Proven ability to manage programs across cross-functional teams, develop effective processes, and orchestrate release schedules.
