Spearhead end-to-end program delivery for Inventory and MCF roadmaps, including AI-driven features like intelligent inventory recommendations and automated restock guidance.
Integrate Generative AI into seller touchpoints, such as WhatsApp-based order tracking and AI-powered inbound appointment scheduling.
Drive technical efficiency by adopting AI-native SDLC practices, including AI-assisted code reviews and LLM-powered scoping.
Prioritize quarterly roadmaps using data-driven frameworks, balancing innovation with operational excellence.
Coordinate across multiple engineering, product, and operations teams to manage dependencies and resolve blockers.
Identify and mitigate risks using AI-assisted pattern detection and automated reporting.
Communicate program status weekly and conduct monthly reviews with senior leadership.
A minimum of 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams is required.
Possess over 5 years of experience in technical product or program management.
Include at least 3 years of software development experience.
Demonstrate 5+ years in technical program management, specifically collaborating with software engineering teams.
Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Experience with project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management, is highly preferred.
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for large-scale businesses and reporting to senior leadership is also a plus.
