Job description

Shape the future of cloud infrastructure by driving critical programs for AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain Automation. This role focuses on ensuring data centers receive the right equipment at the right time, tackling complex challenges in inventory, capacity, and deployment automation to support global scale.

You will orchestrate sophisticated supply chain initiatives, collaborating with engineering, operations, and business teams to optimize AWS's physical infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to solve ambiguous problems that demand both strategic foresight and hands-on execution.

Join a team that values innovation, operational excellence, and continuous learning. We foster an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives lead to superior solutions, and we are committed to developing our leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead the complete delivery of intricate, multi-team supply chain automation programs. Define scope, validate requirements, and drive execution with clear success metrics.

Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to transform supply chain challenges into effective technical solutions. Develop high-level designs and architectural concepts for the Supply Chain Operating System (SCos).

Foster alignment across diverse global teams by managing priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs. Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they impede progress.

Establish program health metrics and operational excellence frameworks, continuously monitoring progress and implementing process improvements to boost delivery efficiency.

Influence technical and business decisions by building stakeholder consensus, communicating program status through compelling narratives and presentations, and escalating appropriately to resolve contentious issues.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years in technical product or program management.

Over 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.

At least 3 years of experience in software development.

More than 5 years of technical program management experience, specifically collaborating with software engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of project management disciplines (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, critical path) and experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
