Apply strong technical judgment to navigate engineering challenges, contribute to design discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and guide critical technical decisions.
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in technical program management.
Proven experience working with consumer-facing mobile applications and high-frequency transactional or utility products within the FinTech, Payments, or Commerce sectors is essential. Experience collaborating effectively with distributed teams across Engineering, Product Management, Partnerships, UX, Legal, Compliance, and Finance is highly valued.
Familiarity with modern AI/ML tools, LLMs, and agent-based automation for program management enhancement, as well as an understanding of the India digital payments and utility ecosystem (including UPI, Bharat Connect, and regulatory bodies like RBI and NPCI), are preferred qualifications for this role.
