Lead the comprehensive delivery of multiple intricate, cross-functional technical programs that are vital to Google Pay India's strategic objectives. This includes ownership of everyday utility payments, new feature rollouts, platform enhancements, and integrations with partner ecosystems.
Clearly define program scope, objectives, and key results (OKRs), transforming complex challenges into actionable plans with defined milestones and deliverables.
Drive program execution by proactively identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring the punctual delivery of high-quality results within a dynamic operational landscape.
Champion the integration of agent-based AI tools and autonomous workflows within technical program management practices. This involves automating routine tasks and bolstering predictive risk management capabilities.
Apply strong technical judgment to thoroughly understand engineering challenges, actively participate in design discussions, evaluate critical trade-offs, and provide expert guidance on technical decisions.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience is required. You should also possess at least 5 years of experience in technical program management.
Demonstrated experience working with consumer-facing mobile applications and high-frequency transactional products within the FinTech, Payments, or Commerce sectors is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with modern AI/ML tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agent-based automation for advancing TPM practices. Familiarity with autonomous dependency tracking, predictive risk analysis, and process optimization is highly valued.
Effective collaboration skills with distributed Engineering, Product Management, Partnerships, UX, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams are important. A solid understanding of the Indian digital payments and utility ecosystem, including UPI, Bharat Connect, regulatory bodies (RBI, NPCI), and key market players, is beneficial.
