Join Google's Global Networking team as a Technical Program Manager and play a crucial role in expanding our network infrastructure. This position is key to supporting the launch of new AI hubs in India, ensuring the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of scalable network solutions. You will be instrumental in connecting existing and upcoming Data Centers across India and globally, directly impacting Google Cloud's ability to accelerate digital transformation for organizations worldwide.

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, mitigate risks, manage schedules, and ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define project objectives, obtain prioritized deliverables, and assess program impact.

Translate stakeholder needs into clear program goals and prioritized deliverables, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Ensure cost-effective delivery of Google network infrastructure, aligning with build economics. Monitor key performance indicators, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Drive impact by collaborating with relevant stakeholders across teams to achieve mutual goals. Develop and maintain essential business, operational, and management dashboards.

Manage the approved network plan, coordinating with internal contributors like network negotiators and vendor delivery managers to ensure on-time infrastructure delivery.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 2 years of experience in program management.

Demonstrate 2 years of experience in designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in creating infrastructure designs, including telecom, electrical, and mechanical aspects, and preparing drawing sets for data center networking space builds and remodels.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Network, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or other Engineering fields, as well as data center, networking, or telecom operations. Familiarity with both Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) fiber optic infrastructure, including Dark Fiber, Network Infrastructure, ISP/OSP Network Architecture, Network Topology, and Field Deployment is highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for constructing, articulating, and defending analytical insights.
