You will manage a team of Technical Program Managers and engineers, focusing on the strategic design, delivery, and enhancement of our Fleet Management and Supply Chain planning technology. Acting as both a people manager and strategic advisor, you'll connect Cloud data center investment strategies with scalable technical architecture. Your ownership of critical platform roadmaps will ensure seamless support for our expansive data center operations, directly contributing to advancements in Google AI infrastructure.

Lead the comprehensive data and intelligence technology roadmap for fleet and supply chain planning, championing self-serve analytics across Google Cloud Infrastructure.

Mentor and scale a high-performing team of mid-to-senior TPMs and Engineers, overseeing capacity planning, career development, and operational performance.

Architect and implement advanced AI, agentic capabilities, and robust data pipelines to construct intelligent decision-support systems for scalable infrastructure.

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams to translate intricate business strategies into precise functional specifications, APIs, and workflows.

Ensure effective vendor partnerships, uphold data governance standards, and maintain strict system compliance with Google’s privacy, security, and regulatory guidelines.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required.

We are looking for 8 years of dedicated experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications include 13 years of experience with modern data toolsets, advanced analytics, and cloud-native environments, encompassing enterprise data management and market data frameworks. Significant experience (10 years) in Technical Program Management is essential, covering full project lifecycles, with proven proficiency in SQL querying, data visualization, AI prompt engineering, and process automation. Additionally, 3 years of experience configuring, analyzing, or managing SAP S/4HANA modules is beneficial.

Experience with enterprise platforms, particularly in the configuration, implementation, or upgrade of tier-one supply chain systems, applications, or data center operations, is highly valued. Exceptional Agile leadership skills, demonstrated through experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master managing complex, cross-functional, and multi-stakeholder dependencies, are also a key requirement.
