This role focuses on driving continuous improvement and maintaining the accuracy of our centralized architecture repository. You will ensure comprehensive documentation of application metadata, system capabilities, and integration flows, serving as a global source of truth.

Drive the meticulous upkeep and enhancement of our centralized architecture repository (LeanIX), ensuring accurate mapping of application metadata, system capabilities, and cross-pillar integration flows.

Partner with global product, engineering, and architecture teams to foster alignment and encourage the adoption of enterprise standards for faster, consistent global delivery.

Assist in defining, establishing, and maintaining core architectural foundations, including curating an EA Toolkit of reference architectures, design patterns, and approved technologies.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required.

Demonstrated experience of 2 years in program management is essential.

Preferred qualifications include 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, systems design, corporate IT, technical program management, or business process engineering.

Experience organizing review pipelines, managing technical project queues, and facilitating cross-team technical alignment is highly valued. Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex diagrams and identify redundancies, alongside outstanding verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration with distributed teams, are crucial.
