Drive the ongoing enhancement and rigorous maintenance of our central architecture repository (LeanIX), ensuring precise documentation of application metadata, system capabilities, and cross-pillar integration flows. This repository will serve as a definitive global source of truth.

Collaborate closely with global product, engineering, and architecture teams within corporate engineering to foster alignment, promote cooperation, and guide teams in adopting enterprise standards, thereby accelerating delivery and standardizing practices worldwide.

Contribute to the definition, establishment, and upkeep of fundamental architectural foundations, including the curation of an Enterprise Architecture Toolkit featuring approved reference architectures, reusable design patterns, standard guidelines, and authorized technologies to ensure consistency.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 2 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications include 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, systems design, corporate IT, technical program management, or business process engineering. Demonstrated experience in organizing review pipelines, managing technical project queues, and facilitating cross-team technical alignment is beneficial.

Strong analytical skills are essential, enabling you to interpret complex integration diagrams, map system dependencies, and systematically identify application redundancies.
