Drive strategic initiatives and long-term vision for data center projects. This role involves collaborating with partners and stakeholders to define roadmaps, launch new programs, and ensure successful execution. You will lead diverse workstreams, guiding engineering teams through development, deployment, and delivery cycles. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including process maps and status reports, to maintain clear communication and track progress.

Utilize strong technical judgment to guide project delivery, conduct technology reviews, and foster consensus. Analyze service and system performance data to derive actionable recommendations. A quantitative analytical approach is essential for interpreting complex technical and commercial information from various sources.

Collaborate with partners, customers, and key stakeholders to develop strategic plans and long-term vision. Initiate new programs and lead them from conception through execution.

Manage multiple programs, engaging teams and engineers to set the pace for data center service and infrastructure development, deployment, and delivery. Create detailed project documentation, process maps, presentations, and tracking reports to provide thorough status updates.

Employ technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus. Analyze service and system performance data to formulate recommendations and actionable plans, applying strong quantitative analysis. Act as an escalation point for external partners and coordinate efforts with all internal stakeholders.

Present team analyses and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including executive management, and take ownership of driving project deliverables.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a minimum of 8 years in program or project management.

Preferred experience includes data center construction, fit-out, and services programs. Expertise in managing data center infrastructure and fit-out projects, alongside partners and stakeholders, is highly valued. Experience with vendor management and customizing project management tools is beneficial.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment is key. This includes prioritizing multiple functions, managing time efficiently, and navigating ambiguity. Familiarity with greenfield civil construction, permit requirements, and local industry standards is advantageous. A working knowledge of finance as applied to project/program management is also preferred.
