This Technical Program Manager role focuses on leading strategic initiatives within data centers. You will collaborate with partners, customers, and key stakeholders to define long-term strategies and champion new programs from conception through execution. The position involves managing diverse workstreams, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring the efficient development, deployment, and delivery of critical data center services and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include crafting comprehensive project documentation, process maps, presentations, and status reports. Utilizing strong technical judgment is essential for driving project success, conducting technology reviews, evaluating proposals, and fostering consensus. You will also analyze performance data to derive actionable recommendations and provide quantitative insights into technical and commercial information.

Collaborate with partners, customers, and key stakeholders to define strategic plans and initiate new programs, guiding them through successful execution.

Manage multiple workstreams, engage engineering teams, and set the pace for the development, deployment, and delivery of data center services and infrastructure.

Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, presentations, and tracking reports to provide clear and detailed project status updates.

Apply technical judgment to drive project delivery, conduct technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus among stakeholders.

Analyze service and system performance data to generate recommendations and actionable plans, backed by robust quantitative analysis.

Serve as an escalation point for external partners and coordinate efforts across all internal teams.

Present team analyses and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including executive management, and take ownership of project deliverables.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience is required.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management is essential.

Preferred experience includes data center construction, fit-out, and services programs. Expertise in managing data center infrastructure and fit-out projects, along with managing partners, stakeholders, and vendors, is highly desirable.

Familiarity with project management tools and experience managing complex projects is beneficial.

Comfort navigating a fast-paced, evolving work environment, prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and handling ambiguity is key.

Knowledge of greenfield civil construction, construction permits, statutory requirements, and local industry standards is advantageous.

A working knowledge of finance as applied to project/program management is also preferred.
