Key responsibilities include fostering consistency between Cloud and central processes, enhancing team communication, and enabling cross-functional execution across Google Cloud's extensive product portfolio.

You will collaborate closely with engineering directors, product leaders, and other TPMs to streamline workflows, manage OKRs, ensure timely releases, and introduce tooling that boosts efficiency.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least 5 years of dedicated experience in technical program management. This should include a proven track record in designing, constructing, or managing complex projects.

Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of distributed software applications and the ability to rapidly acquire new technical knowledge. You should be adept at building credibility and rapport with both technical and non-technical team members.
