Define and drive program vision, setting clear goals and objectives. Evaluate and manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless cross-project coordination and establishing robust governance. Foster consistency between Cloud and central processes, enhancing team communication and visibility. Enable cross-team execution and drive delivery across the comprehensive portfolio of Cloud products and solutions. Collaborate with engineering directors, product leaders, and fellow Technical Program Managers to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, and ensure timely releases. Contribute to key initiatives within Cloud Storage, Data Cloud, and the wider Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technical program management community.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on designing, constructing, or managing projects.

Preferred qualifications include experience in software-focused program/project management within the business technology market. A strong understanding of distributed software applications and the ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts are essential. Demonstrating credibility with both technical and non-technical team members is key.

Proven success in managing technical programs from ideation to launch is expected. A customer-centric approach and the ability to build relationships across diverse functions and organizational boundaries are vital for frequent incremental value delivery.
