Define and communicate program vision, goals, and objectives. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless cross-project coordination and establishing robust governance and standards.

Champion consistency between Cloud processes and central Google processes, enhancing inter-team communication and visibility. Drive effective execution across diverse teams, delivering a comprehensive portfolio of Cloud products and solutions.

Collaborate with engineering directors, product leaders, and other TPMs to refine processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, ensure timely releases, and implement tooling for greater efficiency. Support engaged teams in achieving their execution goals.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is essential. A minimum of 5 years in technical program management is required, with a focus on designing, constructing, or managing projects.

Possess a strong understanding of distributed software applications and the ability to rapidly acquire new technical knowledge. You should be adept at building trust and rapport with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Demonstrated success in managing technical programs from inception to launch throughout your career. A customer-centric approach is key, with a focus on developing execution processes that deliver incremental value frequently.
