As a leader, you will set the strategic vision for programs, oversee multiple projects, and ensure seamless execution across diverse teams. Your expertise will foster consistency in processes, enhance communication, and drive project delivery within the expansive Cloud portfolio.
Define program visions, establish clear goals, and manage objectives for complex projects. Lead and orchestrate workstreams across multiple initiatives within the program, implementing robust governance and standards.
Ensure alignment between Cloud processes and central Google standards, fostering transparency and effective communication across all engineering teams. Drive efficient execution across the entire Cloud product and solutions portfolio.
Collaborate closely with Engineering Directors, Product Leaders, and fellow Technical Program Managers to refine execution strategies, manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and ensure on-time releases. Contribute to the continuous improvement of tooling and processes within the Cloud Storage, Data Cloud, and GCP TPM community.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is essential. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in designing, constructing, or managing complex projects.
Preferred qualifications include experience in software-focused program/project management within the business technology market, a solid understanding of distributed software applications, and the ability to rapidly acquire new technical knowledge. You should be adept at building rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a demonstrated history of successful technical program outcomes from conception to launch.
