As a Technical Program Manager, you will steer complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects, leveraging your technical acumen to guide them from conception to launch. This role demands a strategic mindset to manage project lifecycles, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Define and articulate program vision, objectives, and governance structures. Manage multiple interconnected projects, ensuring seamless cross-project coordination. Standardize Cloud processes to align with central organizational practices, enhancing team visibility and communication.

Drive efficient execution across diverse teams, delivering a comprehensive portfolio of Cloud products and solutions. Collaborate with engineering directors, product leaders, and fellow TPMs to optimize processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, and ensure timely releases. Contribute to key initiatives within Cloud Storage, Data Cloud, and the broader Google Cloud Platform TPM community.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in designing, constructing, or overseeing complex projects.

Demonstrated experience in software-focused program or project management within the business technology sector is highly valued.

Familiarity with distributed software applications and the capacity to rapidly acquire new technical knowledge are essential.

Effectively build rapport and establish credibility with both technical and non-technical team members.

Showcase a history of successfully managing technical programs from initial concept through to launch.
